Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities for handling queries of customer through inbound calls

• Ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer queries / grievances. 

• Manage large amount of inbound calls in a timely manner

• Follow communication scripts when handling different topice

• Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions

• Executive trades on behalf of customer

• Have a good positive attitude should be committed to the work

Desired Candidate profile 

• NCFM/NISM VIII certification in capital markets, derivatives, and currency derivatives

• Good quantitative/ analytical skills

• Excellent oral/written communication skills required

• customer service, customer relationship, management, good knowledge of financial markets

• Good Internet connection is must
